Scheme constitutes final two phases of the Alma Estate regeneration

Enfield council has approved plans by Pollard Thomas Edwards for 723 homes as part of the final two phases of the Alma Estate regeneration.

The scheme in Ponders End in north London for housebuilder Vistry will deliver 187 homes for affordable tenures with the remaining homes a mix of private rent and sale.
