Police station and magistrates court to be replaced with three-block mixed-use scheme

McLaren Living has been granted approval to build a 314-home mixed-use scheme on the site of a former police station and magistrates court.

The Clarendon Road development in Watford will see the demolition of existing buildings and three blocks of flats built ranging from four storeys to 23 storeys in height, along with a six-storey office block.
