Rayner announces £300m boost for affordable housing delivery

MHCLG says latest funding will deliver 2,800 homes, with half for social rent

The government has announced an extra £300m in grant funding for the current Affordable Homes Programme (AHP).

In a statement today, the Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) said the government is making the funding available immediately through Homes England and the Greater London Authority.
