English Cities Fund (ECF) will deliver 90 affordable homes built to Passivhaus standards on brownfield land

Salford City Council has green-lit a proposal for a new community in Salford, Greater Manchester.

Plans feature 90 affordable homes built on brownfield land to transform the partly-disused industrial Regent Trading Estate in Oldfield Basin.
